What material are our products made of?

All our products are made of Sterling Silver / 925 Silver and semiprecious stones.

How can I know my ring size?

You can watch an explanatory video on the website to find out your size.

PURCHASE PROCESS

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

We try to restock as quickly as possible. We recommend leaving your email address on the product so we can notify you.
You can also write to us at info@badassbcn.com if you have any questions.

 

How do I know if my purchase was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email.
If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@badassbcn.com.

 

How can I use a discount coupon?

Add products to your cart and at the bottom you'll see a box to enter the coupon.
Click “Apply Coupon” and you’ll see the discount applied.

 

Can an order be cancelled?

Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@badassbcn.com.
You can also cancel it from your account if the option is available.

 

Can I modify the items in my order?

Yes, before completing your purchase from the cart.
If you've already completed your application, please contact us as soon as possible at info@badassbcn.com.

 

Are there any promotions or discounts?

Yes, 5% off your first purchase if you sign up for the newsletter.

PAY

What payment methods are available?

Debit/credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and cash on delivery.
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and other international cards.

Why can't I pay with my card?

Check if your account has expired, you've reached your limit, or you need to activate secure purchasing with your bank.

Is it safe to pay by card?

Yes. Payments are processed through the Caixabank gateway.

 

SHIPMENTS

How can I find out the status of my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order ships.

Where do you ship?

To everyone except Australia.

What are the shipping prices?

- National: €5
- International: €6.50
- Free: from €60 (Peninsula) / €100 (Islands/International)

 

Which logistics operator do you use for shipping?

- Peninsula: Correos Express (24 business hours)
- Outside the peninsula: Correos España (certified letter)

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • To mainland Spain and Portugal : 24 business hours from the time of shipment.
  • To the Balearic Islands: 72 working hours from the time of shipment.
  • To the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Gibraltar: 5 business days from the date of shipment.
  • To international destinations other than mainland Portugal : 8-15 business days from the time of shipment.

*Times may vary depending on It's a time of promotions, sales or Christmas because courier companies are more saturated due to the high volume of work.

What shipping costs do I pay if I order from HandSoul and Badass at the same time?

- If the total is less than €100: you will be refunded one of the two shipping costs if you write immediately.
- If the total is > €100: free shipping. Both shipments will be refunded if you notify us promptly.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Yes, if it is in perfect condition and unused, within 14 business days.
The customer assumes shipping costs unless Badass makes a mistake.

Can I exchange my items?

Yes, they must be in perfect condition.
Send us an email at info@badassbcn.com and we'll tell you how to proceed.
