I'M THINKING ABOUT RETURNING MY ORDER
Badass Bcn accepts returns:
It is essential that the products you wish to return are in perfect condition and without evidence of use; otherwise, we cannot process the requested refund. The request must be submitted within 14 business days of the delivery date; otherwise, the refund cannot be processed. The customer will be responsible for shipping the products to our facilities, using appropriate packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We recommend using their original packaging. Once the product arrives at our facilities, we will refund the full amount of the products. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the products were received in poor condition or if we made an error, BadassBcn will replace the item at its own expense.

Exchanges are accepted without problem. It is always essential that the products you wish to exchange are in perfect condition and without signs of use. Otherwise, the exchange cannot be processed. Appropriate packaging must be provided to ensure the items arrive at Badass Bcn in perfect condition (you can use the same packaging you received them in).
