Badass Bcn accepts returns:
It is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition and without evidence of use, otherwise we will not be able to process the requested return. The request must be made within 14 working days from the date of delivery, otherwise the return cannot be made. The customer will be responsible for shipping the products to our facilities with the proper packaging to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition, we suggest using the original packaging. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will proceed to reimburse the total amount of the products. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the event that the products have been received in poor condition or there has been any error on our part, BadassBcn will assume the replacement of the item at its own expense.
