We try to restock all of our products as quickly as possible when we run out of stock, however we strongly recommend that you leave your email address on the product page where it says “let me know when it is back in stock” and we will notify you immediately as soon as we restock.

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided in the billing information of the order (if you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, you may have it in your spam folder).

If you have a discount coupon, it is very easy to apply it. Prepare your cart with all the products you want to take with you. Once inside the cart you will see a box located at the bottom where it says “Coupon Code”. This is where you enter your discount coupon and then click on “Apply coupon”. Congratulations! Your coupon is already applied and you will see the discount in your cart.
If you have already completed your purchase process but wish to cancel your order, please write us as soon as possible to our email [email protected] indicating this fact. If the order has not yet left our facilities we will cancel your order and refund in full the total amount you have paid.
If, on the other hand, you wish to cancel an order that has already left our facilities, we are sorry, but this will not be possible.

If the option does not appear, it is because we have already prepared and shipped your order. To pay cash on delivery it will be necessary to pay the amount in cash to the express courier upon delivery of the package.

Sometimes at the end of the purchase process an error may appear related to the card payment. Please make sure your card is not expired, you have reached your daily purchase limit or you have not activated the secure purchase option with your bank.

To do so, please access the shipping confirmation email that we send you once the order has left our facilities, where you will find a tracking number. Our national shipments are priced at 5,00 euros (shipping 24h to mainland Spain, 72h approximately to the Balearic Islands and 4-5 days to the Canary Islands); and 6,50 euros for international shipments.
In orders over 60 euros to Peninsula or 100 euros to Islands and International, shipping is free, both for domestic and international shipments.
For shipments to the peninsula (including Spain and Portugal) we work with CorreosExpress (shipping within 24 hours). For shipments outside the peninsula we work with Correos España, with shipments by registered letter with tracking number to locate our package easily.
At BadassBcn we are committed to process your order in a maximum of 24 working hours from the moment you make your purchase.
Once your order has been processed and leaves our facilities the delivery time will vary depending on the destination. The following are the usual delivery times:
- To Spain and Portugal peninsula: 24 working hours from the moment of shipment.
- To the Balearic Islands: 72 working hours from the time of shipment.
- To the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar: 5 working days from the time of shipment.
- To International destinations other than Portugalpeninsula: 8-15 working days from the time of shipment.

IF BOTH ORDERS DO NOT EXCEED 100 EUROS
If both orders added together (orders placed on Handsoul and Badass) add up to less than 100 euros, you will only be charged one shipping cost. At first you will see that you will be charged for both shipping costs (the process is automated) but we will manually return one of them to you. Remember that you must write us immediately indicating that you have purchased in both stores, so we will make a single joint shipment. Failure to notify immediately will result in both shipments being made and charged. If both orders have already left our facilities we will not be able to reimburse you. IF BOTH ORDERS EXCEED 100 EUROS
If both orders added together (orders placed in Handsoul and Badass) exceed 100 euros your shipping in both stores will be free. At first you will be charged both shipping costs (the process is automated) but we will manually refund you all the shipping costs you have paid. Remember that you must write us immediately indicating that you have purchased in both stores, so we will make a single joint shipment. If you do not notify us immediately, both shipments will be made and charged, and if both orders have already left our facilities we will not be able to reimburse you. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
BadassBcn admits returns:
- It is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition and without evidence of use, otherwise we will not be able to process the requested return. The request must be made within 14 working days from the date of delivery, otherwise the return cannot be made. The customer will be responsible for shipping the products to our facilities with the proper packaging to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition, we suggest using the original packaging. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will proceed to reimburse the total amount of the products. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- In the event that the products have been received in poor condition or there has been any error on our part, BadassBcn will assume the replacement of the item at its own expense.
- To make any of these arrangements, please contact us through our customer service email [email protected] and we will explain in detail how to make the return.
BadassBcn accepts exchanges without any problem. It is essential that the products to be exchanged are in perfect condition and without evidence of use. Otherwise, the change cannot be made.
To make the exchange you must provide the appropriate packaging so that the items arrive at our facilities in perfect condition (you can use the same packaging in which you received them).
In order to process the change, please write us through our contact form or send us an email to [email protected] We will provide you via email the steps to follow to make the change you need in a personalized way.
Send us the items you wish to exchange to the following address, enclosing inside the package a note with your full name + the number of your order in which the product(s) you wish to exchange were included + a summary of the incident/exchange requested.
